The Pondrats were founded in 1969, Springfield Massachusetts,
and have continued to bring joy to few... very few. Doctors,
liquor stores, sporting good stores, pizza restaurants
top the list of benefactors of the continued sub-mediocre
hockey group.
The Rats, comprised of fishermen, builders, farmers, drinkers,
thinkers, butchers, bakers, a beer maker, can be seen every
Wednesday at the Johnson Rink, Pingree H.S. or even on
